Tarley Robinson, PLC offers complimentary seminars throughout the year for our Community Association clients, Boards of Directors, and Managers. The following is a list of seminars that we provide:

Community Association Manager License Re-certification

Our firm is approved by the Virginia Common Interest Community Board (CICB) to provide the Fair Housing and Common Interest Community Law and Regulation Training for managers required by Virginia. We present these re-certification seminars in a four-hour session, twice a year with either the Southeaster Virginia Chapter or Central Virginia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). We also offer these re-certification seminars to individual management companies.

Community Association Education Series

Our attorneys choose various topics related to Community Associations and submit each presentation for approval to the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). These seminars are open to managers, Board members, or anyone interested in learning about Community Association practices. We also offer specialized training sessions for management companies.

Legislative Update

We provide a Legislative Update seminar each year to inform our Community Association Boards of Directors and Managers of changes to Virginia legislation related to Community Associations.

Board Member Training

We offer annual Board of Directors training for each of the Community Associations we represent, tailored to the particular Association.
